The Principal Parts Tester allows you to review and test yourself on some useful irregular Greek verb principal parts.
The program opens with the list of verbs to review. When you are ready press the ‘Start the test’ button. The principal parts of one of the verbs are shown, with a gap that you have to fill in. You can either press the Greek letter button on the screen, or on the keyboard type the English letters that map to the Greek.
You do not need to type accents, but it is important to type breathings and iota subscripts, using either the on-screen keypad or the numbers on your regular keyboard. For instance, type the keys 'a2gw' to enter ἀγω.
Press the ‘Check’ button to see if what you have typed is correct.
Press the ‘Show verb list’ button to review the verb list again.
